Dear Parents and Community,

Welcome to Volta Elementary, home of the Eagles! Our current campus was built in 1959, giving us a long history in the Los Banos area. We are so fortunate to have students whose parents, and even grand parents, attended our school and continue to be an important part of our school community!

We have multiple programs at Volta Elementary to help meet the needs of our community. Our regular program has two classes at each grade level, giving students a traditional educational experience. We also house the district's K-6 Independent Studies program for those families who need a different option for their child's education. Finally, we have two classes in conjunction with the Merced County Office of Education. The diversity at Volta makes it a great place work work and learn!
